I have found that Spheros and NXT robotics are excellent pieces of equipment to meet Digital Technolgies and Maths outcomes with classes. Stage 2 children have been asked to programme a Sphero to create a 2D shape – Stage 3 students take this a step further and programme an NXT robot to navigate a course; stop at a pedestrian crossing for a few seconds and reverse park in a garage. Lots of conversations, thinking & calculations going on there.
I have also started to create some documents which give examples of where robotics can be used (K-6) to address Mathematical outcomes
