Anna Long▸ U3: English Connections

The teacher and class read "The Animal Orchestra" and discuss the use of onomatopoeia in the book. The students first make speech bubble signs of the onomatopoeia eg: bang, and act/narrate the story holding up the speech bubbles at appropriate time. In pairs they sequence the story line on paper as a flow chart incorporating the speech bubbles. Later the flow chart is represented using digital technology. #CSERTask2
