A challenge I often face with Digital Technologies and upper primary is their ‘over enthusiasm’ for creating their scratch maze without wanting to apply the computational and systems thinking.
I would like to have the students develop a suite of ‘Procedural’ lessons for other students. The student could use PPT/video to show the various stages of development and narrate the reasons/logic behind them. By having students teach students, it may assist with developing patience and resilience by seeing students go through the necessary process to develop a worthwhile product.
The end product could then be used over and over as a self teaching resource.
