Paired Learning

For this activity, students first understand the rules of the engagement in an unplugged environment. On a storyboard, students have two minutes to add a character and commence a scenario, to which the paired-buddy will add or change elements in their two minutes (repeat). Online, students have three minutes to add code blocks to a Scratch/ScratchJnr game to evolve each other’s code (repeat). Ultimately, students will learn coding elements from each other in reviewing code details at the conclusion of the activity.
